CRA Advocates was given 10 acres of land in west Texas as a donation. Instead of selling the land the Directors felt it would be better to use it to show appreciation to donors.

A deed will be given by CRA Advocates Inc. as a thank you for any donation of $500.00 or greater. The taxes on the property will be paid by CRA Advocates, Inc. for the benefit of all donors that receive deed to property.

It is recommended that the donors receiving a deed declare a value of $100.00 minimum for 10 acre deed undivided interest for proper tax declaration.
